BAKERY, CAFÈ & COFFEE ROASTERY
In our little bakery, things move at a slower pace. We believe taking the time to use traditional methods and only natural ingredients to create baked goods that nourish. The making of our sourdough bread and baked goods is a slow and careful process, where each product develops its own unique character. For our bakery & cafe, we only accept drop-ins.
We also share our space with Hibi Kaffe. Ayae Maki, the owner and head roaster, roasts her beans here, ensuring the freshest possible coffee to accompany your baked goods.
