BAKERY & CAFÈ
In our little bakery, things move at a slower pace. We believe in taking the time using traditional methods and only natural ingredients to create baked goods that nourish. The making of our sourdough bread and baked goods is a slow and careful process, where each product develops its own unique character.

We also share our space with Hibi Coffee. Ayae Maki, the owner/head roaster, roasts her beans here, ensuring the freshest possible coffee to accompany your baked goods.
